Instructions for using silicone roller:
1. Correct use: Please roll back when using silicone rubber roller. (Especially for products that are not clean and flat, such as PCB boards) This can extend the service life of silicone adhesive, prevent the bracket from deformation and prevent the screws from loosening.
2. Clean the silicone roll: please clean the silicone roll with clean water or soapy water and dry it with air or
Dry naturally.
3. Do not touch benzene and ester solvent (such as Tianna water, clean washing water, phenanthrene water, ethyl acetate, etc.) during use. Once in contact, quickly wipe with absolute alcohol and blow dry with an air gun.
4. After 5000 times of use, if the viscosity drops significantly, clean it with clean water and wrap it with clean packaging
The viscosity of the film will also increase when it is kept for 48 hours.
5. Our silicon rubber roller has a service life of more than 10000 times.
Precautions for silicone roller:
1. It is forbidden to use benzene and ester solvent (such as Tianna water, clean washing water, phenanthrene water, ethyl acetate, etc.) to clean silicone adhesive. These solvents will cause silicone adhesive to swell, age, deform and rapidly reduce viscosity.
2. Please do not use silicone rubber wheels to clean the floor, walls and rough boards: this is very easy
Scratch the silicone rubber roller.
3. Please do not scratch the silicone with a sharp blade.
Maintenance and storage of silicone sticky roller:
After use:
Please use the silicone adhesive roller to roll back and forth on the adhesive paper book several times to keep
Silicone adhesive roller cleaning.
Storage:
Please keep away from benzene solvent, ink and curing agent, and put them in clean packaging.
When not in use:
Please avoid high temperature and direct sunlight.
